I can not log into the admin panel

I changed my administrator password but now I can not log into the admin panel. Maybe I've entered the wrong password and now I do not know right. What can I do to fix this problem.

You can find password in file "_include/config/main.php"

That was quick. This is still the same even when using the newest version, correct?
