Change Wording Under Essay and Account

1. How can I change the words under the area where people write their essays? (Where it says no email addresses, etc)

2. How can I change the words under the account options? In one place it gives the user the option to delete profile. But it says something like "We hope you found the love of your life at ABK-soft......." Obviously id prefer it to say my site name.

go from admin cp, Languages choose the language you want to edit, then choose the relevant page you want to change the words, find the things you want to edit, change them, save the changes (by pressing EDIT on the bottom of the page) and there you go... text changed!
