How to Change Default Date on "site news" Pages?

I am able to edit the "About us" page under Site News, but it still leaves the default date of 2006 up at the top.
How can i change this?
And yes, i contacted support, but my guy isn't too helpful.

login to admin panel, and from site news-info and news you can edit anything you want:)
