How to Modify Terms and Conditions

I want to add and clarify the Terms and Conditions members agree to when they join. For example i want to replace "OurSite.com" with my website name.
However, there is no where in the admin panel that lets you edit them. I asked support but they told me you change it under "site news" but that's not true.
Can someone help?

Yes you are correct it doesn't show there.
You can go from admin to the templates, your template and then from the left choose "Popups". There you should find the terms and conditions. If you do not know HTML please be careful when modifying.

For people just beginning to get familiarized with HTML, are there any tips on how to do this yet?
