Deleting comments in Gallery

Does anybody knows how to delete comments in the gallery section?

I think there are no ability to delete comments.
Maybe experts can do something -

There's a possibility to delete/modify comments in Gallery but only if it's your own album.
If it is your album - you can select Edit album -> then Comments.

Is this also possible in editing the .htaccess file?
