Editint the Theme

We got a new them there is a banner slot, which we replaced with a banner.
But we would like to know where can we edit the theme so we can make a hyper-link to that banner.

You can do it in Admin menu "Templates" - select your template and then edit pages.

Where do i find that?, i have Cpanel but im not real familiar with it,what else can i use ftp? I i would like to change the header to a different picture, also 3d city will not load and webcam loads slowly any advice please?

It is in top menu of Chameleon adminpanel:
Main | Templates | Languages | Site news | Users | Modules
Or by FTP you can open directory "_themes/main/TEMPLATE/"
