It seems that I have to change my domainname.
My domain is B4swing.com and it seems there's a B4dating.com
Now B4dating pulls me before the court so I couldn't use my domainname anymore.

What to do?
This is a disaster for me

thats bs. if you would use the same name sure they could take you to court
but that would be impossible as far as the domain is free you can buy it and you can use it.
thats is one reason you wanna buy all similar names even though you wont use them. either way consult your local law office who is specialized about this type of law every state/ country has different laws.
also If you dont wanna spend time and put any offert into it then just auction this name for a fckn high price 30k min

Last time I check that's not identical. Did they provide you a specific reason for this?
